Hans Nelson

Since the 80’s, my life has been a cross between music and the rapidly changing technologies that have changed our way of life today. Growing up in a musical household, playing piano at a young age, and maturing around the recording industry, I developed an array of interests. With the advent of digital recording technology, the business began to change. At Belmont in the early 2000’s, majoring in Commercial Music and Technology, I got to witness the rapid integration of computers within studio and live performance.

Technology, though useful, can be a complication in business and daily life. Discovering the process of how it all works, and troubleshooting new devices led to the development of my Tech Consulting business. I have worked with private clients, small businesses, and high tech touring productions for over two decades. This combination of music and tech took me to over 30 countries, and around the world.

In 2020, the music industry, along with the rest of the world, stopped. Thanks to some mentors in business, a lot of networking, and a wealth of local knowledge, my transition in to Commercial Real Estate began. I met my now mentor and colleague, and my journey at CBS Realty began. Every deal that gets done builds another bridge. Sometimes it even connects a bit of the past to the future ahead.
